Shipping Policy

Progeargarage ships boxing equipment worldwide from our fulfilment locations in Japan and Thailand. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

1. Where we ship from

Orders are dispatched from either our Japan or Thailand warehouse, depending on stock availability and your delivery address. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

2. Where we ship to

We ship worldwide. Note that we do not deliver to PO boxes — please provide a full street address at checkout.

3. Shipping couriers

We work with the following carriers, selected based on your destination:

  • Japan Post
  • DHL
  • EMS
  • Ninja Van

4. Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery destination and displayed at checkout before payment. All rates are shown in Singapore Dollars.

5. Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM SGT
  • Orders placed before the cut-off are processed the same business day; orders placed after are processed the next business day.
  • Standard processing time is 1-3 business days before dispatch.

We currently offer standard shipping only.

6. Estimated delivery times

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • Southeast Asia: 5-10 business days
  • United States and Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10-20 business days

These are estimates from our couriers and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, weather, and local postal conditions can affect actual delivery times.

7. Tracking

Every order is shipped with a tracking number, sent to you by email once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active on the courier's system.

8. Signature on delivery

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If no one is available, the courier will follow their standard re-delivery or collection process.

9. Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable on delivery. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country and order value.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure of the charges that may apply.

10. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

11. Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at progeargarageshop@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated. Please note that international investigations can take 2-4 weeks to resolve.

12. Holiday and peak season delays

Please expect longer processing and delivery times during public holidays and year-end peak periods (mid-November through early January). We recommend ordering early during these times.
