Progeargarage ("we", "us", "our") operates progeargarage.co and sells boxing equipment including gloves, headgear, handwraps, training mitts, and body shields. We ship internationally.
This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you place an order or contact us, we collect:

- Payment information (processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your full card details on our servers)

When you browse our website, we automatically collect:

- Pages viewed and basic usage data
- Cookies necessary for the site to function
We offer guest checkout only and do not maintain customer accounts.

- DHL and Japan Post — international shipping and delivery
- WhatsApp (Meta) — customer communication, when you message us there
- Our website hosting provider — to keep the site running
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
4. International transfers
Because we ship globally and use overseas service providers, your data may be transferred outside Singapore. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including relying on the contractual safeguards offered by established providers such as Stripe, DHL, and Japan Post.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain order and transaction records for at least 5 years after your last purchase, to meet Singapore tax and accounting requirements. WhatsApp and email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, then deleted periodically.
6. Your rights
You may:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations
- Withdraw consent for us to contact you for non-essential purposes

7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption across our website, restrict access to personal data to people who need it, and work only with reputable service providers such as Stripe for payments. We use only essential cookies needed for the website and checkout to function. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
9. Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on our website.
